“I have created an athlete development system to monitor athlete’s progress over time. The program is standardized in a way that allows me to use specific tools to track development and offer personal feedback. My yearly clinic system has already produced three national teams athletes, six college scholarship athletes and many others playing at top high schools.
This system allows me to test athletes, teach them and engage with them directly. I am able to watch them play and provide individualized feedback on performance strengths and weaknesses. By repeating the event every six months (or twice a year) I will be able to re-evaluate the athlete, understand his/her progress and continue working with them to reach key milestones.”
COACHES & REFEREES
Most events outside of California will feature a unique training program for local referees and coaches, developed and implemented in partnership with American Water Polo & the Collegiate Water Polo Association.
Limited to 50 field players and 15 goalies for each day event. Online registration will be available.
Eventually, Tony and Maggie’s athlete development system will be run through a new App. The App, which is currently in development, will record each athlete’s Combine data and use an algorithm to help players and their parents better understand their strengths and weaknesses. The App will also include a game scoring feature along with a video development system created by Tony and Maggie.
